Two Paths One School - Choose Your Training

Both programs are taught in person, in structured progression, by the same instructor.
Many students eventually train in both.

Tuesday & Thursday 6-7 pm

Health and longevity focused internal practice: controlled movement, balance, and breath – with the martial roots kept intact.

  • Xing Yi and Bagua for continuing students

External training rooted in the Shaolin tradition. Build strength, structure, and control from the ground up.

In-person training is the core of the system. Sessions are structured to help you develop step-by-step, whether you’re completely new or have prior experience.
